Educational background:

• In 2000 graduated from Voronezh State University with qualification «Linguist. Interpreter», speciality «Linguistics and cross-cultural communication».
• In 2002 completed postgraduate studies in University of Economics RAS. Speciality: «Finance, currency circulation and credit».
• In 2004 got second higher education in Non-state Educational Establishment «Moscow International School of Business «MIRBIS» speciality: «Master of Business Administration (MBA) ».

Professional background:

• In 1995 was employed in LLC RPE «Khors» on the position of Adviser on external economic relations.
• In 2001was hired by Ministry of natural resources of the Russian Federation SFUGE «Central mining party» and in 2006 held a role of Head of Financial analysis Division.
• Since 2008 has been employed in CJSC MMC «Urantzvetmet» on the position of Financial Director, and starting from 2012 he is a Director on a strategic development.

Educational background:

• In 1973 graduated from Irkutsk Polytechnic University. Speciality «Mining Engineer».

Professional background:

• In 1973 according to postgraduate work assignment was sent to Magadanskaya oblast, where he worked in association "Sevvostgeologiya" as Driller, Drillmaster, Senior engineer of production – technical department, Head of production – technical department of Karamkenskaya regional geological office, technical engineer, Head of Dukatskaya regional geological office, Chief Engineering Officer of association.
• Since 1992 have worked as General Director of CJSC «Geozoloto», General Director, First Deputy General Director of joint Russian-Canadian gold plant JSC "Omsukchanskaya Mining and Geological company".
• In November 1998 was assigned the Deputy Governor of Magadanskaya oblast.
• Since November 1999 have worked in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug as General Director of JSC «Yamal mining company». Simultaneously acted as General Director of JSC «Yamalzoloto», CJSC «Severkhrom», Chairman of the board of directors in JSC «Kongor-Khrom».
• Since November 2006 till 2011 was First Deputy General Director in CJSC «Mining company «Verteks».
• Starting from October 2011 till August 2015 General Director, today President of JSC MMC «Urantzvetmetgeologorazvedka».During his work activity took part in evaluation of gold fields «Nyavlenginskoe», «Lynnoe»,  «Arylahskoe»,  «Dzhuljetta»,  «Novogodnee - Monto»,  chrome deposits  «Centralnoe» and «Zapadnoe», in mine development «Ojrinskoe», zone «Severnaya» of Kubakinskoe ore field,  «Dzhuljetta», gold field «Konevinskoe» and a row of alluvial gold deposits. Coordinated mining manufacture of Magadanskaya oblast. 

Production and commercial activity is awarded with government: the Badge of Honor Order and the Order of Merit for the Fatherland of the IV grade. 

Educational background:

• In 1975 graduated from Dnepropetrovskiy Ordena Trudovogo Krasnogo znameni Mining University named by Artem. Qualification «Mining engineer» with specialty «Technology and technique of mineral deposits exploration».
• In 1986 graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute. Qualification «Geological manufacturing facilitator». 

Professional background:

• Started working still being a student, in 1973. After completion of a course, since 1975 according to placement of graduates was sent to « Primary Major Geological Survey» MinGEO USSR, where he started working as Drill operator of the 4th class of geological exploration crew №81 and became a Chief of geological exploration crew №10.
• Starting from 1991 worked as Chief of Mikhailovskaya geological party PGA «Centr-Geologiya» MinGeo USSR, which in 1992 was transformed to Partnership association «Geotes».
•  In 2000 assigned for the position of Director of Hydrogeological party Federal State Unitary Enterprise «Geocentr-Moskva».Starting from 2001 г. transferred to the position of Engineer in-chief of Federal State Unitary Geological Enterprise «Central Mining Party», which, beginning from  2003 was turned into FSUGE «Urangeologorazvedka». Since 2005 was promoted to the position of General Director of FSUGE «Urangeologorazvedka». 
• Starting from 2011 employed in JSC MMC «Urantzvetmet» on the position of Deputy General Director in charge of Manufacturing. To date he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the author of several articles, and also joint patentee on gold recovery from technology related tailings.
